Does Graphictank give refunds when work commences?

We charge a 50% retainer fee based on an hourly rate calculated by the overall scope and complexity of the project. This is non-refundable once Graphic Tank has begun working on any artwork requested by you. Should you decide to cancel your contract with us for whatever reason, the second half of the payment may be null-and-void, and the initial artwork drafts will be sent over to you. It is paramount that you understand and accept these terms before signing on and giving us the go-ahead as we have a duty of care to ensure that our design specialists are justly compensated for their efforts.

Your Suggestions?

Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements or suggestions (collectively, "Suggestions") provided by you to Graphic Tank with respect to the website shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Graphic Tank.

Graphic Tank shall be free to use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute the Suggestions for any purpose and in any way without any credit or any compensation to you.
